The Main Edit & Good Life Gift Boxes are dispatched within 2 business days and take 5-7 business days to arrive.
The Luxe Edit & The Good Life w/Fresh Flowers are dispatched and delivered every Saturday. Order by midnight on Wednesday for a delivery on the immediate Saturday.
For the Main Edit & Good Life Boxes they are wrapped securely in foam and placed in a postage box for delivery.
For the Luxe Edit & Good Life w/Fresh Flowers Boxes they will be delivered as is.
We strongly recommend delivering to a business address or residential address where you know the recipient will be available to accept the delivery.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide the correct delivery address details and in the case where an incorrect address is provided Wish Them Well takes no responsibility for this delivery.
For the Main Edit & Good Life Gift Boxes, if there is no one available to sign for the delivery, it will either be delivered to a nearby location or made available for a free re-delivery. If the recipient's email address has been used for the delivery then they can simply follow the instructions in the email to arrange re-delivery. If an email address has not been provided, the courier will leave a card at the premise and the recipient can follow these instructions to organise re-delivery. It is important for the recipient to organise re-delivery within the specified time-frame as after this time, the goods will be delivered back to Wish Them Well and an invoice will be sent to you for re-delivery ($20 including admin fee). Once this has been paid, we will organise re-delivery. If the purchaser opts no to re-deliver, there is no refund.

Please let us know if we should:
Leave the order by the front door of the house.
Leave the order by the back door of the house.
Leave order at foyer/reception of security building or apartment block.
If authority to leave the package unattended is given, Wish Them Well cannot take any responsibility for the package thereafter.
Please note, if the courier does not deem it safe to leave the order, it will be returned to dispatch.
A courier may deem a delivery location unsafe if:
There is no sheltered area to leave the goods away from street or public view
There is no access to the building, unit/apartment or no suitable place to leave the delivery.
In such an event, we will contact you and do our best to re-deliver the next day, however this will incur additional charges of $35 (including admin fee) and an invoice will be sent to you. Re-delivery will only take place once the invoice has been paid. Please note that due to weather and time spent in transport, we cannot take responsibility if the flowers have reduced in quality upon re-delivery.

Wish Them Well is not responsible for orders not collected by the recipient on the delivery day from either the Mail Room or Reception areas of the business.

If we are unable to deliver to your location we will contact you by email and inform you of this and issue a refund.
