Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled 48-hours prior to dispatch for all products. If cancellation notice is received at less than a 48-hour period - cancellation is void. All cancellation notices must be placed in email to hello@wishthemwell.com.au 

Please note that for special event periods such as Valentines Day and Mother's Day for the Luxe Edit and Good Life w/Fresh Flowers, cancellation is not possible. All orders are final and cannot be amended. 

Purchase of Gift Boxes including Alcohol

Any alcohol featured in Wish Them Well's Gift Boxes is designed to be delivered as a genuine gift to a person and does not exceed 2 litres. Our Gift Boxes are by very nature curated and presented in such a way that it is intended and taken to be a gift. The gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser. For all Gift Boxes that include alcohol, please ensure that the recipient is aged over 18 years old and is available to receive the delivery. 

Floral Arrangements - What happens if the product is damaged?

We always ensure that our floral arrangements leave us beautiful and fresh, however if you find your arrangement has been damaged in transit, please provide a photo of your arrangement along with your order number within 24 hours to hello@wishthemwell.com.au and we will do our very best to make you and your recipient happy again.
